Shiatsu Dance

I will show you the ‚Aikido walk‘, how you can touch someone effordless by ‚pouring‘ your weight out of you center and how you can use your physical structure; the basics for a focussed shiatsu.
We will massage -  each other and one after another.
With hands, ellbows and our whole body (inspired by Contact Improvisation) we will bring us into motion and therefore start to dance.
Also in a  passive and following role we learn how to be available for the dance, actively use our structure and feel inspired and encouraged.
A dive into the somatic world! Learning with our bodies.

Technique playfully

In this Contact Improvisation Workshop we‘d like to research playfully – because playfully we learn the most easilly… well, I do!
We will practise with the qualities of CI like rolling, gliding or bonding and then let it flow again.
We‘ll research with the change of levels and with the distribution our weight. Lifts can therefore result organically and freely. Some playful impulse will help us not to take it too serious and help us to relax our patterns/muscles.
May my impulses inspire you for your inner and outer dance.

Flurin Kappenberger

is a polyvalent life artist who is on a journey of discovery in a playful and exploratory way. I am a professional dancer, circus artist and musician in the circus Chnopf, in the own company (www.ldcollective.org) and at ÖffÖff.
Contact Improvisation and the dance of the 5 Rhythms are my home. I am a Shiatsu and LomiLomi practitioner in training.
I do improv music for people who like to move (Hu-Dances). Completely free of pressure, expectations, constraints and limitations, I find my expression easiest. That's why I love to play so much.
